If you are interested in hosting a weekly private music class at your home, please contact Amy for availability!

Thank you for registering for a Rise and Sing music class!  Please complete this form to reserve your spot in one of our classes. Payment is due now for the session.  After you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with payment information.

Refund policy: if you cancel before the first class, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel after the first class of the session, no refunds will be issued.

Make-up policy: Unfortunately, there are no make-ups for missed classes.  If there is space in the class, you may bring a friend or sibling free of charge for any missed classes during the current session.  If a class is cancelled by the teacher, a make-up class will be added to the end of the session.
